technically speaking, there is one show left in our career. it’s far up in finland amongst the reindeer and dirty rock trolls, so far in fact that we’ve chartered a plane to get there.
last night’s show in the indoor/outdoor tent of forest glade in wiese was spectacular. we all fit into the indoor and could see the rain coming down past the overhang. it was sweaty and muggy, our dressing room was in a trolley car next to the gossip. yeah, yeah, yeah... beth ditto but i’m totally into the rest of the band, especially hannah.

two rad drummers: MB & Hannah of the Gossip
uber fans Hans & Franz were in da house. i’d had repeated sightings of the two of them from the stage in Bilbao, then Brussels and then again from the stage in Wiese. they’d driven over 3000 kilometers in three days. i tried to convince them to come on our charter flight to Finland but they declined.
